Ed Bridges Farm

William  (Billy)Jeremiah Bridges married Mildred (Millie) Furcron in the early 1900's and this is the house they raised their 3 sons in.  They both lived there the rest of their lives.  Billy died in 1937 and Millie died in 1942. 

During the restoration of the house many family pictures and notes were found.  Millie appears to have saved a lot of family items that were left behind.  Over the years most of these things were damaged by animals and weather but some were salvagable.  The outfits that both boys are wearing in the picture were found in a barn all folded, starched and pressed.  Time had left them quite dirty but they have been saved.  Millie also saved letters and calendars with hand written notes. 

 These historic items are available to the buyer of the farm if requested.
