Exterior
The vinyl siding was removed and the old wood siding was too damaged to restore. Hardiboard type siding has been installed. The entire house was insulated, decked and wrapped with Tyvec before the siding went on. The roof remains in it's original condition and does not leak.

The front of the house was overgrown and dark. It retains the original front door and porch - trees have been removed to make it brighter.

The screen porch was rotted and has since been enclosed to make a large laundry/mud room
